Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment using hand or power tools as needed.
  • Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to identify necessary repair and maintenance work to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring for the production process.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all preventive and on-demand maintenance activities to verify completion of duties.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, maintaining workshop tools and equipment used for maintenance in optimal condition.
  • Adhere to all requirements and obligations within the Quality Management System, following strict compliance with regulations, policies, and quality procedures.
  • Implement standards and occupational health programs to work safely and provide recommendations for improvements to prevent incidents or illnesses that could affect workers' integrity and company assets.
  • Safeguard all documents, confidential information, equipment, tools, or assets related to the work area to prevent incidents that could impact productivity and distribution of products.
  • Perform any other technical duties as directed by the supervisor.

Education:

  • Technical degree in mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, industrial electronics, or related field.

Experience:

  • No technical experience required for entry level.
  • Desirable experience in documentation and good manufacturing practices.
  • Preferred basic English level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge in electronics, pneumatics, and mechanics.
  • Basic proficiency in English, ability to interpret technical documentation.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Windows environment, Internet, and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
