**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
  • May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.
  • Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
  • On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
  • Participates in daily Tier Management.
  • Coaches Teams on day to day problem solving.
  • Performs studies to diagram and evaluate existing processes.
  • May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Must Have:
Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering industrial or related.
  • Requires 1 year of relevant experience oh 1 year as an intern in Engineering is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish communication ( B2+
  • B2).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with policy deployment and tier management.
  • Lean Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Word.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA).
  • Six Sigma tools and certification.
  • Medical device manufacturing experience.
