Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with PSCD Leadership and key stakeholders to implement deliverables supporting the Enterprise & Technology Security organization
  • Contribute to architectural, design, test, and support discussions
  • Be a key member of a ServiceNow development team delivering features using script includes, business rules, workflows, ACLs, and other core platform elements
  • Integrate with secure & highly available backend systems using REST APIs
  • Grow and adapt to current technology and design standards to create modern, effective, and efficient systems
  • Work in an Agile team environment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Core ServiceNow development (Script Includes, ACLs, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, workflows, etc.) (3 years) OR JavaScript development (serverside and clientside experience) (3 years)
  • Service integration with backend systems via REST APIs (2 years)
  • Agile development (3 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for various audiences
  • Able to collaborate across teams and Business Units
  • Continuous Integration, Deployment, and Test

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • General ServiceNow Development (required skillset + Update Sets, Transform Maps, Flows, Scripted REST APIs) (4 years)
  • JavaScript development (serverside and clientside experience) (4 years)
  • Service Portal (2 years)
  • ServiceNow MID Servers (2+ years)
  • Regulatory and/or internal compliance for both security & data privacy
  • IBM Enterprise Design Thinking (or equivalent) (1 year)
  • Security & Privacy by Design (SPbD) (or equivalent) principles
