**Graphic Design & Content Specialist

  • What You'll Do**:
  • Video Editing & Production: Develop and rapidly produce highquality video and animated content for brand, product marketing, case study, and thought leadership materials. This may include shooting, editing, and postproduction and include various tools to produce digital assets.
  • Content Strategy: Based on experience, you will be empowered to cocreate strategy and lead content initiatives in partnership with our Content Manager, including storyboards, scripts, editorial strategies, social media strategies, and more.
  • Project Management: Manage and prioritize graphic design projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements, provide regular updates, and adapt to feedback, all while maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality. Expert management of files, project tracking, and status reporting required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, client experience, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and meets the needs of various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Innovation: Continuously seek out the latest trends in design and video production to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation. Experiment with new ideas and techniques to enhance our digital presence. Rapid experimentation with AI to produce content is required.

The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required:

years of experience in graphic design and / or video production, with a portfolio that showcases a wide range of skills across digital mediums, B2B experience preferred.


  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with web design tools.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, WordPress, or other digital publishing platforms is required. Familiarity with Figma is preferred.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
  • B2C and agency experience preferred.
  • Creative and innovative thinker who is open to feedback and eager to learn
  • Selfmotivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; continuous learner and growth mindset demonstrated in and out of work
  • Highly organized, detailoriented with advanced perspectives on aesthetics, brand, and visual design in all settings
