Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong analytical support working with local FP&A teams and business partners in country.
  • Participation in forwardlooking activities
  • Conduct supervisory actions such as training, evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members including annual budgeting and monthly estimates processes.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate documentation to ensure integrity of financial, regulatory, and management information in line with established records management policies
  • Standardize reporting requirements to ensure financial and management reporting is properly identified and addressed
  • Provide information and supporting analyses to facilitate annual business reviews and financial decisions
  • Advise on procedures and concepts in technical area, integrate with others in accomplishing goals as well as improve process efficiencies
  • Review departmental processes and procedures for automation to maintain efficiency and accuracy of reporting
  • Develop a diverse financial talent pool that can meet the various needs of a growing team
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Ability to manage a small team.

Qualifications:

  • 510 years of experience in working with a variety of financial platforms
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and practices
  • FP&A experience preferred
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required. Portuguese language proficiency/fluency is considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, oriented and proactive.
  • Requires strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
  • Show initiative/proactivity to solve problems independently including some latitude to solve complex situations.
  • Prioritization skills and able to delegate work.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and across teams.
  • Demonstrated good execution skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
