Support the overall business enablement strategy implementation of the process excellence program including supplying with new insights.
- Provide coaching and mentoring and chip into the development of trainings and workshops on project management and process improvement.
- Support administration, maintenance and improvements of Process Excellence SharePoint and PowerBi Process Excellence substantial metric Dashboard. Engage with partners to supervise and collect project metrics results.
- Actively participate in Process Excellence Communications and support the creation of related content.
- A minimum of 35 years project management / process improvement experience
- Experience with 6 Sigma, Lean, Agile, Design Thinking
- Strong process mapping and Visio skills
- Proficient in Power Point, Excel and SharePoint.
- Power Bi skills are a plus.
- Yellow Belt Certification
- Green Belt certification preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to all levels of
- Proven ability to facilitate teams through solution of complex business.
- Ability to form trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization and
- Proven great teamwork capacity.
- Must have strong sense of accountability, organizational skills and desire to innovate.
