Recruiting Coordinator, Costa Rica:

_ How you'll spend your time here_:

• Use Greenhouse and Prelude to schedule interviews, communicate schedules and capture feedback from interviewers in a timely manner.
• Handle high volume scheduling for phone, video, and onsite interviews, globally (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Generate and send offer letters and employment agreements, globally.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish scalable processes and enable TA systems.
• Initiate background checks and work collaboratively with other onboarding teams to ensure all materials are prepped for new hires.
• Lead and/or collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to achieve company and team OKRs.
• Adhere to laws, rules, regulations, and personal data privacy regulations.

_WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING_

• 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or servicerelated experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite
• Google Calendar, Gmail, and Drive.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience crafting and fostering relationships with internal teams.
• Strong initiative and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring and scheduling life cycle.
• Familiarity with offer generation and background check process.
