As Landside Execution, you'll play a vital part in our success. You'll ensure the timely delivery of import and export containers utilizing preferred or line-approved routings while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities :

Ensures that all store door import/export requirements are maintained to ensure the timely departure of import/export cargo as per service delivery requirements. Reports daily store door movements, service failure issues and other challenges to supervisor. Improves inland operations processes. Monitors and resolves problems to ensure movement of idle containers. Tracks and reports potential demurrage. Coordinates with trucker, line and terminal operations to ensure movement of containers as planned. Maintains data integrity through accurate inputs/updates to all related systems. Implements methods and measures to drive intermodal, positioning and storage costs down. Recovers equipment, maintenance and repair costs.

We are looking for :

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service. University degree or equivalent education. A good understanding of Logistics and Services, particularly ocean or freight forwarding processes will be ideal. Initiative, persuasive and proactive Customer-focused, achievement-driven, teamwork and collaboration. Strong communication skills. Organizational and Time management skills. Intermediate English skills, both written and oral.
