Campus Recruiter

Moody's is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our Early Careers Team to help recruit and manage our various campus programs.

This recruiter will help manage the campus recruiting life-cycle for entry level and internship opportunities primarily in our Latin America region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for summer intern and entrylevel positions across Moody's Corporation.
• Proficiently use a variety of tools and resources to effectively source and evaluate talent.
• Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues across Moody's Corporation.
• Communicate with clients contacting Moody's in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner.
• Understand and provide constructive feedback on the client experience to the business.
• Meticulously track recruiting activity data, creating reports on activity and illustrating progress toward recruitment goals
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, Management or similar.
• Preferably some relevant experience (including internships).
• Interest in project management in HR.
• High attention to detail.
• Solid verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Strong customer orientation and an eagerness to excel and be a part of a dynamic, fast growing team.
• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills.

Exposure to financial industry, banking and/or financial markets a plus, but not required.
