Responsibilities:

  • Oversees medium size/moderately complex IT projects.
  • Experience in testing operations
  • Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
  • Interfaces with project staff and clients regarding status of projects.
  • Identifies/implements process improvements.
  • Conducts indepth evaluation of business processes, system processes and industry standards.
  • Provides sound understanding of project leadership and technology concepts and principles
  • Ensures essential procedures are followed and helps to define operating standards and processes.
  • Applies comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate within IT project leadership to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts.
  • Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
  • Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams. Exhibits sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operations / Testing Operations
  • Advanced English level
  • Advanced organizational and analytical skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication, facilitation and influencing skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle conflicting priorities.
  • A plus: experience with SQL, JIRA, ServiceNow, Workday, SharePoint, Oracle

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree (finished) in Business
This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate flow of Human Capital data from Workday to HRDW to Workforce Reports
  • Perform Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) testing
  • Ensure accuracy and data integrity is maintained
  • Analyze HR data from relational databases using SQL to test accuracy and validate front end reporting data
  • Partner with the technology partners to enable system enhancements/developments, support activities to manage reporting tool deployments, support changes and control implementations
  • Lead and/or participate in Workday and/or other Citi owned/licensed system and software related integration, regression, UAT and other type of testing. Create and/or support the creation / validation / execution of test scripts
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office, SQL, JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Oracle
  • 2+ years' WORKDAY testing experience
  • HP Quality Center knowledge
