**A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Analyzes, develops, and implements longterm supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions supporting business goals.
  • Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
  • Assists in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers including optimizing statistical forecasts.
  • Maintains and manages product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand. Analyzes internal demand stream information and categorizes it according to demand patterns.
  • Aligns sales/marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems, working with sales organization(s), marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups.
  • Drives reconciliation of Financial and Operations plans.
  • Supports Regional IBP Process.
  • Drive regional Portfolio management including PIPO communications and system setup.
  • Manage regional inventory of portfolio with focus on balancing proper service and growth needs with optimization of investment.
  • Responsible for proper Master Data management with regular reporting of accuracy.
  • Drive KPI Management and reporting for Supply and Service areas of business with expectations to meet or exceed.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within supply chain and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering industrial or related
  • Requires 2 years of relevant experience.
  • E xpertise in advanced Supply Chain / Demand Planning systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish communication (C
  • B2+).

Nice to Have

  • APICS, IBF, or similar professional certification.
  • MBA Financial minor in education degree
  • Experience in Medical Device Industry
  • Lean, Six Sigma green or black belt certification
  • Portuguese fluency
