Responsible for following Envista's Circle of Values. In charge of advising the designers clinically, assisting with requests and/or issues from the company products and/or services. Help the designers with clinical notes to doctors. Educate the designers on how to handle clinical cases. Handle clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders. Handle customer situations and assist them with their issues or concerns. Come up with ideas and suggestions for continuous improvements. Assistance in clinical training (Designers, clinical peers, setup leads, customers, DSS, etc.). Provide ideas for Innovation and R&D to improve software, features and products. Make sure that our standard work is being followed and be an example of it

Job Requirements:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help the designers with clinical notes to doctors.
  • Educate the designers on how to handle clinical cases.
  • Handle clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle customer situations and assist them with their issues or concerns.
  • Come up with ideas and suggestions for continuous improvements.
  • Assistance in clinical training (Designers, clinical peers, setup leads, customers, DSS, etc.). Provide ideas for Innovation and R&D to improve software, features and products.
  • Make sure that our standard work is being followed and be an example of it.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery, or Dental Medicine or Equivalent
  • 2+ years experience as orthodontist or 2+ years as dentist with equivalent experience with virtual treatments
  • Bilingual English/Spanish with strong effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence across the organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified Orthodontist
  • Experience practicing orthodontic treatment or as a clinical consultant in digital aligners or have equivalent orthodontic studies or experience
  • Excellent clinical knowledge in regards to teeth anatomy and movement
  • Excellent microsoft office skills especially in Outlook
