_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_
Execute the training of core production modules, technical job skills and process revisions to employees. Maintains training records. Perform follow up to trainees to ensure training effectiveness. Ensure permanent regulatory compliance of training system.

_ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_

  • Maintain 100% updated proficiency on all training types: core, functional and technical job skills.
  • Provide all necessary training to achieve certifications: core, functional and/or technical job skills training,
  • Train operators on new processes and process' revisions.
  • Develop healthy relations with coworkers where transparency, integrity and positive confrontation are observable behaviors.
  • Maintain required training records including employee training completion, certification, and compliance in production and training data bases. Run training reports as necessary.
  • Perform regular audits of personnel to verify compliance to manufacturing procedures, GMP and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of documents and remediation activities related to external/internal audits.
  • If required, dedicate 15% of the time to support production goals as output, OT, productivity, etc, as agreed with management.
  • Assists supervisor with other tasks as necessary.

_ QUALIFICATIONS_

Education

  • 9th grade degree

_ Experience/Background _

  • At least 2 years of experience on manufacturing environment

_ Experience Details _
Previous training experience in a manufacturing environment as trainer or similar roles.

  • Must have the ability to read and interpret written documentation to build own criteria on the best way to accomplish regulatory and operative tasks.
  • Results driven, used to work upon goals attainment and capable to manage up as needed.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current GMP ́s, GDP's, assembly process where certified and general quality practices.
  • Capability to transfer knowledge/skills from person to person with minimum deviation from Manufacturing procedure.
  • Capable to work with MS office platform: Excel, outlook, power point.

  • High school degree or additional technical studies are highly desirable.
