Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:

• Procurement Services is a member of a client sourcing service delivery team, responsible for Data Management and utilization of internal and external data sources/offline information to complete and update internal thirdparty records, according to Denali client's corporate policies and business unit procedures.

Assessment of external vendors which will follow a process of:
(1) Triage of data;
(2) Cleanup of existing data;
(3) Identification of gaps in data

(4) Closing out gaps in data

Triage will include but not limited to: is there a risk rating? Is there an active contract?

Engagement with stakeholders, ascertain internal and cyber risk data and contacts for third-party suppliers.

Providing support when new ticket gets raised

Management of global vendor base

Closely engage with stakeholders

May also support the delivery of other DSS procurement and sourcing services including spend analysis, supplier performance management, and contract administration

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Preferred

1-3 Data Management Experience

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Coupa

Credit Risk management knowledge and experience

Deep understanding of change management process

Excellent Communication Skills (English)

Ability to work independently

Ability to work with various technology platforms

Qualifications
