Your Role and Responsibilities


The GBS Workforce Management Americas team is looking for people interested in developing a career in a great environment providing support to peers, working with IBM tools to keep systems updated accurately and timely.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • English: Advance both spoken & written
  • Advanced studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems or any related field.
  • Time Management and Prioritization skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic Excel knowledge
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in Customer Service Roles or administrative support.
  • Microsoft Office
