  • Administer, analyze, and keep organizational benefits up to date, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with the organization's needs. Maintain a positive and impactful perception of benefits among employees.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure quality at every stage of the process, assisting in overcoming obstacles and providing support in special circumstances.
  • Contribute to the professional development management process for BBS employees, supporting leaders in creating annual performance (SMART) and development plans, as well as identifying training needs.
  • Develop programs that enhance organizational culture and climate in line with business requirements, monitor the action plan for improvements identified in the annual BPTW and MSC surveys.
  • Maintain a strategic onboarding and offboarding plan that adds significant value to BBS, ensuring an excellent first impression and sustainable engagement, while gathering exit data to develop retention strategies.
  • Advise employees, supervisors, and managers on legal and labor situation management, providing recommendations for issues related to policy or procedure non-compliance, labor conflicts, atmosphere, interpersonal relationships, ethics or values, and compensation.
  • Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate strategies, local legislation, and best practices to ensure consistent application.
  • Support various committee initiatives, leading, articulating, and guiding the well-being group to have a high impact on employee motivation and sense of belonging and pride.
  • Implement and adapt global programs such as TRP, development, ACR, MICP, among others, ensuring adequate knowledge of these throughout BBS.
  • Use data analysis techniques and reports to define, analyze, and measure the results of HR programs and relevant data such as turnover, OT, vacations, check-ins, exit interviews, best place to work, manager scorecard, headcount, among others, fostering data generation and analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Strategically manage and execute the BBS Recognition program, implementing necessary improvements based on organizational evolution or needs.
  • Monitor the HRBP team's work and project compliance and propose innovations, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Handle data integrity exceptionally well for analysis reports and payroll processes, serving as the expert in global tools like Workday, baxu, viva engage, dashboards, etc.
