  • PLANNER
    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible of Planning and scheduling production orders to meet customer requirements and creation of work orders for production in SAP system.
  • Management of open orders to expedite / push out as production schedule requires.
  • Responsible of the Capacity Model management in SAP.
  • Assists with inventory control and reduction plans for FGI and WIP.
  • Member of the new product development team representing Planning/Supply Chain.
  • Initiate and maintain planning parameters (safety stock, leadtimes etc.) in SAP system.
  • Intercompany communications on production status as required.
  • In conjunction with Customer Service review Customer requirements and orders and schedule it to ensure meeting customer due dates.
  • Works with Production and Supply Chain teams on unforeseen requirements.
  • Assists Engineering Department to schedule validations required by project.
  • Maintain Planning KPIs as per departmental and company goals, such as Schedule Adherence, On Time Delivery, Backorders, etc.
  • Responsible to create and maintain Planning procedures and work instructions for position execution.
  • Works with the purchasing team to ensure material availability to support the production plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Licentiate Degree in Industrial Engineer
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of previous experience in similar positions
  • Knowledge in Production Planning Module of SAP system is a must.
  • Experience in Planning of Molding and Assembly in the medical devices industry, is a plus.
  • Advance knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Tools,
  • Strong communications skills with an English proficiency required (oral and written) of B2/C1 level.
