Established in 2003, our notable projects include Hudson Yards in New York (the largest private real estate project in U.S. history), San Francisco Better Streets Plan, Greater New Orleans Urban Water Plan, the revitalization of the iconic Brooklyn Bridge Park waterfront, and the 35 square-km Baietan Urban Area Plan in the heart of Guangzhou, China.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction and integration into the CFIA
• Minimum 2 years of experience inspecting urban infrastructure and earthworks
• Reside in the GAM and be willing to commute daily to Grecia
• Experience in managing construction administration platforms (for example, Procore)
• Review and management of standard construction project documents (Plans, RFIs, submittals, change orders, approval of construction progress)
• Basic understanding of Civil 3D
• B1 license and personal vehicle
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in infrastructure design involving terraces and earth movement calculations; vertical and horizontal street geometric design; design of potable, sanitary, and stormwater systems
• Experience in compiling plan sets and sheets
• Basic knowledge of other design software like: Autodesk Infraworks, Storm and Sanitary Analysis SSA, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Epanet, HY8, Vehicle Tracking, and others.
• Basic familiarity with GIS software.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
