ASIC Design Internship

This role has been designated as 'Office', which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.

College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the EMEA Graduate Program.


_ Responsibilities:
_
Work with RTL level design based on an architecture or microarchitecture specification, and in compliance with industry standards.

Optimize RTL design to meet physical design criteria (area, timing analysis, clock domain crossings, clock gating, etc).

Develop infrastructure and run code quality assurance and synthesis checks.

RTL debug.

Write documentation and specifications for certain designs.

Conduct design and code reviews.


Collaborate with different teams across the organization to make sure RTL meets the needs of both software and physical design teams.

Support for verification teams, both pre-silicon and post-silicon.

Ability to interact with both hardware and software teams, understand their needs and support their work from a designer's perspective.

Multitasking

HDLs

Some VLSI and physical design knowledge is a plus.
