We're searching for a Complaints Clerk, reporting to the Complaint Handling TL- CR who will manage the evaluation, investigation and closure of customer complaints regarding into the complaint file in accordance with FDA requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Classify and evaluate Quality Management System (QMS) complaints, as applicable, in a timely manner, according to related documents.
  • Assign potential root cause of QMS complaints according to predefined workflows (when possible) in order to generate data to feedback the company.
  • Escalate to the Complaint Analysts I or II those complaints that are related to customers alleging any type of injury or malfunction that could lead to an injury.
  • Trace QMS complaints to ensure due diligence has been performed to meet the immediate need of the customer.
  • Be part of Special Projects and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months experience in the company in a clerical process (like Setup Clerk) with demonstrable good disciplinary records and good performance with applicable process indicators.
  • Be currently in college (University) is a plus (BS/BA related field is preferred).
  • English level B1+ as a minimum (able to effectively read and write in English).
  • Good written communication skills
  • Previous experience working in an ISO 13485 / FDA CFR 820 regulated environment is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with complaint handling is a plus.
  • Dental technician or related (plus).
  • Adaptable to changes.
  • Attention to detail; flexible, willing to work in an environment that requires effective interaction with other teams and team members.
