In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity of helping Equifax customers by providing helpdesk support to our Credit Management platform based in Salesforce.

This position works closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues via tickets within the expected timeframes.

What you'll do

  • Handle customer requests, tickets, and incidents regarding technical issues related to our credit management platform.
  • Ensure all reported issues are logged with appropriate detail, and track them for completion.
  • Provide support from
    Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

What experience you need

  • College degree in software engineering, computer science, and data analytics.
  • 1 year with API development skills, XML, JSON, and other coding languages
  • 1 year of experience in Agile/scrum methodologies.
  • English proficiency (B2/C1)

What could set you apart

  • Experience in Apex / Salesforce development skills
  • Experience in other programming/scripting languages such as Python, Linux, and database development.
  • Ability to quickly assess and troubleshoot issues.
