  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing for Costa Rica or any other LATAM country
  • Fluent English
  • Strong written and verbal English and Spanish skills
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup and other formulas)
  • Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details
