We are seeking a dedicated individual to play a crucial role in the KYC operations as an Escalations Specialist, AML Compliance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Handling high-level investigations and assisting in resolving escalated inquiries via phone and email.
  • Conducting analysis and quality monitoring of cases and call volume through real-time queues, fostering a positive team culture.
  • Identifying and addressing technical issues, paying close attention to detail and prioritizing effectively under pressure.
  • Supporting specialists in anti-money laundering compliance programs and ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Preparing and distributing reports, representing the department, and aiding in training and projects when necessary.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an AML Compliance role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal skills at a B2+ level).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering preferred, with Yellow Belt certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, make independent decisions, and demonstrate self-motivation with a results-driven approach.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and interest in a leadership career path.
