Become an Outcoder as a Junior Devops Engineer

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a Devops Engineer preferably in AWS
  • Knowledge of scripting languages preferably in Python
  • Experience with both Windows and Linux platforms

This will be considered a plus:

  • 1-2 years' direct experience working with enterprise software preferred
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch and MongoDB preferred
  • Knowledge of configuring SSO authentication mechanisms like OpenID, SAML, Kerberos, etc. preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • English +85%

These will be your responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy AWS infrastructure to support internal customers on Pre-Sales and Product teams.
  • Deploy and maintain latest releases of TIBCO Spotfire and Research Suite products on AWS infrastructure
  • Enforce compliance with IAM principals including least privilege access, password management, Audit logging and tracking, and certificate management
  • Configure security, firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancer, S3 buckets, Route 53, in AWS.
  • Create and maintain Technical Documentation including Bug reports
  • Execute work plans with accountability for work quality, timeliness, and risk mitigation
  • Document executed platform deployments that is vital to all customer deliverables.
