Internal Auditor III

- Support the finance workstream by identifying and documenting processes and procedures related to internal controls.
- Assist in both External and Internal audits affecting the Shared Service Centres to ensure smooth audit request handling. Act as a liaison between auditors and the finance team when necessary. Ensure prompt and high-quality remediation of any audit findings.
- Monitor project-related activities (automation, system upgrades, etc.) to ensure proper consideration of control implications.
- Conduct monthly spot checks on control operations for the relevant finance workstream. Report any identified control gaps to leadership and assist in their remediation to prevent future audit issues.
- Establish and oversee awareness-raising and training initiatives to enhance risk and control understanding within operations teams.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and improvement.
- Review the quality of finance process documentations.
- Serve as the compliance point of contact for the finance team within the Shared Service Centers.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- College/University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial audit, internal controls, or shared service processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding interpersonal and partnership skills.
- Strong analytical, computer (Word and Excel), and organizational abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively, collaborating with various management levels.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality rigorously and handle sensitive information.
- Robust problem-solving capabilities.
