Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of methodologies, procedures, instructions, and work standards necessary for the quality management system or other certifications.Maintain and follow-up on the ISO strategic areas (SWOT, stakeholders, risks, KPIs and strategic plan).Coordinate and execute internal and external quality control audits.Assist Quality Management in the functions that are required for the fulfillment of the objectives of the area.Perform the necessary tests to verify the conformity of the internal corrective actions, CAPA control.Conduct quality investigations and complete quality related documentation.Create and schedule all activities related to Quality (process training, quality week, etc.).Control the documented information of the quality management system.Provide support to internal clients with quality management needs such as data, copies of certificates, quality documents, procedures, changes, etc.Create and maintain the 411 new restructures (Quality Management File).Required Experience:
Minimum one year of related work experienceDesired Skills and Abilities:
University Baccalaureate in Business Administration, quality, or industrial engineering degreeKnowledge of international quality management standards, processes, and quality management systemsDevelopment and implementation of the quality system service experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePower BI skills (optional)Intermediate EnglishISO Norm Certification (optional)ISO Internal Auditor Certification (optional)Knowledge in project management developmentVISA is required to travelResponsibleTeamwork skillsCreative, innovative, and proactiveOrganizational and planning skillsHigh sense of ethicsAbility to search for informationRelationship-buildingCustomer serviceAnalytical skillsPegasus Logistics Group is breaking the mold and we want employees as passionate and diverse as we are.
