Your Responsibilities_**:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve customer queries and collections follow up.
  • Account receivable invoices preventive and overdue.
  • Owns and executes accounting processes for collections activities related to NAM markets.
  • Performs analysis related to overdue reports information in order to support decision making.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and makes recommendations.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Academic degree and area of specialization: University degree in progress on a related field to Accounting or Business Administration.
  • 1+ year working with Collections processes on a shared service center environment.
  • English/Spanish proficient
  • Americas Countries Collections experience.

Preferred Experience:

However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • French language proficiency.
