Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidiscipline teams from strategy through creative, production and delivery
  • Ability to understand and plan for how a big idea will be executed across channels
  • Build comprehensive project plans and facilitate process
  • Use our workflow tool to manage projects, assets, and rights management processes
  • Develop executional schedules for asset rollout in different channels
  • Works across a variety of assets from TVC, Social, CRM, Print, OOH, and Packaging
  • Will partner closely with brand, legal and regulatory groups to ensure materials are compliant
  • Must be able to work on multiple workstreams simultaneously

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of integrated marketing experience, agency experience is a plus
  • Must have formal project management skills: scope management, schedule development, budgeting, team and task management, process management, QA
  • Exposure to and knowledge of a variety of marketing and mediums of production including film/video/still, digital, print
  • Highly skilled in developing complex project plans with multiple interdependencies
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via calls and in writing
  • Skilled in working in workflow management tools
