Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and performing global telecommunications moves acting as the main point of contact between global provider internal partners and global clients alike.
• Maintain global hardware and telecom inventory, and Maintain SLA
• Coordinates new lines, network hardware installations between external partners, internal Western Union teams and vendors.
• Evaluates telecommunication costs and provides insights to the management.

Role Requirements

• Desirable IT experience at least 1 year.
• Advanced student of Data Engineering, Cisco, or another related career
• High English proficiency C1+ to communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Datadriven: experience with analytical tools and data analysis
• Project management skills
• Experience in telecommunications engineering, vendor management, IT Project Management, would be advantage.
