The qualified candidate will join Intel Flex Costa Rica as a Cloud Software Development Engineer and will be responsible for, but not limited to: -Architect, design, and provide technical oversight and direction of the development of software products-Building and designing web services in the cloud, orchestrating and automating cloud-based platforms-Utilize DevOps processes, automation and target platforms-Leverage expertise in cloud platforms.-Research and design optimal end-to-end cloud computing software solutions for cloud, cloud native, orchestration, etc.-Engage with major customers, technologists and product/product managers across Intel to evaluate feasibility of requirements and determine priorities In addition to the qualifications listed below the ideal candidate will also have: -A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.-Effectively communicate in English.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field with 5+ years of below work experience or equivalent academic experience.- 4+ years of experience in the following:- Python, Java, C#, Angular, SQL - Administration of source code management systems GitHub.- CI/CD pipelines and related tools Jenkins, GitHub Actions.- Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Agile project management tools Jira- 2+ years of experience in working with and developing in Linux and Windows environments.- Candidate must have unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
