About the Position:

The role of Medical Data Specialists is vital in clinical research, overseeing data collection in clinical trials. They are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical data through various methods and tools. This includes developing data management plans, database specifications, and performing data reviews to maintain data quality.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing clinical data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Developing and maintaining data management documentation in compliance with industry standards.
  • Providing expertise to project teams throughout the project life cycle.
  • Conducting data cleaning tasks and managing queries according to data management processes.
  • Offering support to project teams on data management activities.
  • Facilitating data entry for research sites experiencing difficulties.
  • Ensuring compliance with learning requirements and quality processes.
  • Demonstrating strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Being a team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Life Sciences is essential.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and programming languages is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in clinical trial research or data collection is a plus.
  • Commitment to patient safety and product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of databases and programming languages is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Desired skills include functional knowledge, business expertise, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
