We're searching for a Salesforce Developer Coding, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Salesforce who will

a senior team member on one of the Salesforce delivery teams, execute on cost-effective and thoughtful solutions. Our team culture is collaborative and innovative. A drive to deliver for the business, coupled with thoughtful problem-solving skills, would make you successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert level capabilities in APEX, LWC, Aura, declarative tools, and environment governance
  • Expertise in API led integrations (REST, SOAP)
  • Active participant in the daytoday operations of a Salesforce development team.
  • Collaborating with our product team, distill business problems into viable, longstanding technology solutions by:
  • High throughput of individual development contribution
  • Peer review code quality of other development team members
  • Provide operational support to the business (as needed)
  • Mentor midlevel and junior developers on the team.
  • Work on simultaneous tasks, prioritizing to maximize productivity.
  • Be a selfstarter with effective communication
  • Tackle problems outside your core competencies to learn new technologies (as needed)
  • Expertise in agile development process

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or demonstrated industry handson experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of handson experience with Salesforce development.
  • 3+ years experience with ETL platforms, CICD pipeline setup and maintenance, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Understanding of event based architecture (domain driven design)
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (terraforming)
  • Understanding of development operations and architecture.
