In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing user interface solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Customizing and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems and data sources to meet business requirements.
  • Implementing personalization and segmentation strategies for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including designers, backend developers, and client marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles, usercentered design principles, usability and accessibility, and frameworks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design mockups into functional UI components.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification).
  • Workflow tool experience (Jira, Workfront, Aprimo, etc.)
