Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse restock (placing Orders)
  • Warehouse Special requests, including techs
  • Clearing out negatives in warehouses Part quoting
  • PO correction
  • Restock vendor relocation
  • Price and part updating in Sage
  • Order cancelling, priority changing on Velocity
  • Process Documentation
  • Process Training Tools transition (feedback, process mapping)
  • Received of Goods Entry
  • Backorders follow up
  • Velocity backlog report
  • Closed order report

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service.
  • Experience developing excel, system tools (Velocity, SAP and Global Newton).
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to understand and write in English.
