This position is part of our Consumer Business Group > Content Readiness Team, ensuring people, process, tools, and data are enabled to keep up with always changing retailer data requirements.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prioritizing digital asset and imaging requests according to business and customer needs.
  • Validating assets and images to ensure they meet or exceed predetermined guidelines.
  • Gathering complete and accurate metadata for digital assets and images to be loaded to our systems of record.
  • Collaborating with DAM Librarian and Agency partners, working together efficiently to ensure a smooth and accurate process flow.

Skills and Experienced Required:

  • A keen eye for recognizing errors and discrepancies others might miss.
  • Ability to think critically and manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Outstanding organizational skills & passion for accuracy—every data detail matters.
  • Communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university OR 2 years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or Database Administration.
  • English Level: B2+/C1.
  • Advance Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, Formulas)
  • 1+ years of experience in document management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with eCommerce or eMerchandising experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Assets Manager
