Job Description Position Summary**To provide support to different departments within the company in order to ensure users correct access to information regarding their specific tasks and processes.


The intern will be a key player as it will make sure associates are able to perform their day-to-day tasks, this intern will assist providing 1st level support to users and managers on regards to their access or permissions within GS finance division.


General Job Responsibilities
The intern will support current Junior on establishing data management and compliance goals, strategies, communications and planning necessary actions to maintain the appropriate business and operational strategy, some examples of tasks related to this position are:

  • Check queue for new tickets and provide support to end users: errors, new assignments, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, update on documentation if approved by manager, follow up with users and confirmation of resolved issues
  • Annual review of documentation and manager approval
  • 1st level Migrations support regarding processes being switch to Costa Rica, what accesses are needed if any and assignment of those
  • Risk control and analysis for departments and different combination of tasks
  • Answer users' questions on regards to Authorizations or different systems
  • Single point of contact between Central team and Americas
  • Training of Key users or managers when required
  • Small Ad Hoc projects regarding process needs
  • Communication with managers, seniors, juniors, IT colleagues

Qualifications

  • High School diploma is
    a must or graduated from technical high school (Accounting or Executive for Service centers):
  • College Student (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar)
  • Proficient at oral and written communication
  • English B2 or higher
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • SAP is a plus
  • Customer Service and detail oriented
  • Team player and a Selfmotivated person
  • Proactive person who enjoys working in a fastchanging environment
  • Good typing Skills
