This position will resolve low, medium and high complexity user requests for Vendor Master File Maintenance, aligned to SLA resolution times and quality and control standards.

Direct interaction with vendors and internal users is required for requests resolution and consulting.

_ Your Responsibilities_:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand SAP vendor master data objects
• Review the data of suppliers in Supplier Lifecycle Management, Ariba or Fiori portals
• Monitor Vendor Master change/create open requests
• Monitor that requests follow the correct process flow
• Perform the Callback process
• Execute the controls established for the process
• Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to the standard operating procedures in line with internal controls

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (B2).
• Able to properly and clearly communicate to users on the resolution of a request and classify it with the correct root cause at time of closing
• Meet process service level agreements
• Able to easily adapt to a fast pacing environment
• Focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Motivated selfstarter, proactive with initiative to work and learn
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Team player, work across boundaries
• Degree or University in progress (Business, Finance or related degree, Accountancy, Economics).
• Minimum of 2year previous shared service center experience
• Vendor master management and/or any equivalent combination of education

_ Preferred Qualifications:
_

• Experience working with SAP
• Intermediate Portuguese
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry
