ServiceNow Application Developer

Your Role and Responsibilities

- Control the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal throughout the Life Cycle of all supported CIs and maintain status information on CIs.
- Assist in the identification of products and CIs. Maintain and assist in conducting configuration audits, update the data in Snow/CMDB, identify and report non-compliance CI situations.
- Maintain completeness and accuracy of the Business Application CIs, track their incidents, changes and attributes.
- Perform the day-to-day delivery of Configuration Management services according to their policies and procedures with minimal Direction focusing work on prioritized tasks and report progress on all work items to the project team/manager.
- Engage with strategic projects to ensure Configuration Management can deliver required functionality within project timeframes. Hand-off technical discovery issues to ITOM engineers.
- Collect and report Health metrics as required, mentor and educate on Configuration Management services, concepts, policies and procedures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- 2+ years of experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of ServiceNow applications of ServiceNow CMDB modules and additional supporting modules.
- Know Service Now (SNOW) system (Specialized Technical)
- Excellent communications skills required - verbally with all levels of customer IT and business management, as well as written with technical assessments and project related reports.
- Demonstrated self-direction and attention to detail with ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with short deadlines.
- Strong organization and process improvement skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
