About the role
The DevSecOps Engineer is responsible for implementation, security, and support of the Envista digital landscape. This includes infrastructure on prem and in cloud, service management, CI/CD pipelines, release management and automation. The Engineer will work closely with Development teams both internal and external, Infosec team, Networking team, Testing team and product owners to unify operational efforts for all Envista web applications.
Main Functions
Infrastructure management. Secure, Elastic, Highly Available IAAC in cloud and on-prem. Support Web Development Teams for Digital platforms and integrations with SAP, Oracle, etc. Own CI/CD pipelinesOwn development tools like Git, BitBucket, Bamboo, Terraform, Ansible, Jira etc. Own cloud and DevSecOps processesWork collaboratively with IT security team to secure eCommerce landscapeRelease managementMonitor existing services and perform maintenance as requiredParticipate in production support off hours when requiredCritical Knowledge and Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of multi-tier architecture. Demonstrated knowledge of Linux administration – Redhat or Debian based distros. Demonstrated knowledge of git, Ansible, Terraform. Understanding of databases, queueing, and caching technologies. Advanced English level (both spoken and written)
