About the Role

At Find Job Latam, we are helping one of our partners — a US-based supply chain planning and automation SaaS platform — hire a Technical Implementation Engineer to join their growing team in Costa Rica.

This role plays a key part in system design, data engineering, software configuration, testing, and customer implementations. Youll work closely with experienced consultants and engineers, supporting implementations for large global brands, contributing directly to high-impact supply chain solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the partners SaaS platform to meet specific customer business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

• Create and implement customizations that extend the core functionality of the platform to address unique client requirements.

• Assist in the design and documentation of system architectures aligned with customer needs and platform capabilities.

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, ensuring seamless data flow using various technologies and protocols.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation, including internal data validation and verification of feature and requirement outputs.

• Contribute to the development of software demos that clearly showcase key features and value propositions.

• Support the design and delivery of training sessions for end users, enabling successful adoption of the implemented solution.

• Provide technical support across L1–L3 levels, resolving complex issues and ensuring long-term client satisfaction post-implementation.

Qualifications / Skills / Competencies
Experience Level

• Ideal candidate: 3+ years of experience in technical implementations.

Hard Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience using PostgreSQL, JSON, and XML.

• Understanding of data integration and ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho, Talend, Informatica, MuleSoft).

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with international clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to debug complex technical issues.

Other Requirements

• Ability to work independently and adjust schedules when needed to support globally distributed teams.

• A valid US travel visa is a plus, enabling participation in sponsored training or face-to-face meetings when required.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

• SQL: PostgreSQL Associate Certification or Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate

• NoSQL / JSON: MongoDB Certified Developer Associate or Couchbase NoSQL Certification

• API Development: API Academy Certified API Designer or Postman API Fundamentals

Nice to Have

• Experience in supply chain planning environments.

• Proficiency in Python.

• Experience with Salesforce and/or Tableau.
