Lidera un equipo de ingeniería ágil que entrega sistemas innovadores a gran escala. Serás mentor de ingenieros, impulsarás la excelencia técnica, gestionarás la entrega de sprints y contribuirás directamente al código base. Esta es tu oportunidad para influir en la dirección del producto y dar forma a una cultura de mejora continua.

Lo Que Harás

  • Liderar la ejecución de sprints y entregar aplicaciones empresariales utilizando tecnologías modernas
  • Mentoría a miembros del equipo, realizar revisiones de código y garantizar el cumplimiento de las mejores prácticas
  • Diseñar arquitecturas escalables basadas en microservicios y promover iniciativas cloud-native
  • Aprovechar herramientas de IA (GitHub Copilot) para acelerar la entrega
  • Gestionar el rendimiento del equipo y fomentar una cultura de excelencia

Lo Que Necesitamos

  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software con Java, Spring Boot, React y Oracle
  • Experiencia en microservicios (REST/GraphQL), Docker, Kubernetes y AWS
  • Sólidas capacidades full-stack: frontend en React y backend en Java
  • Dominio de CI/CD (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins)
  • Liderazgo comprobado gestionando equipos de ingeniería en entornos ágiles
  • Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado

El Rol

Sé un contribuyente clave en nuestros equipos ágiles, asumiendo la responsabilidad completa de funcionalidades desde las API de Backend hasta interfaces intuitivas en Frontend. Trabaja estrechamente con compañeros y stakeholders para entregar soluciones que generen impacto mientras aceleras tu experiencia técnica.

Lo Que Harás

  • Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones full-stack, con responsabilidad tanto en Backend como en Frontend
  • Construir APIs REST de alto rendimiento e interfaces de usuario intuitivas
  • Participar en revisiones de código, pruebas automatizadas y procesos CI/CD
  • Resolver desafíos complejos y promover la mejora continua
  • Colaborar con stakeholders para entregar soluciones empresariales de calidad

Lo Que Necesitamos

  • Más de 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software con Java, React, Spring Boot y Oracle
  • Dominio full-stack: React (HTML5, CSS) y backend en Java
  • Sólidos conocimientos en bases de datos (SQL, PL/SQL), microservicios y APIs REST
  • Experiencia con Docker, Kubernetes y desarrollo cloud-native
  • Experiencia en pipelines CI/CD (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins)
  • Habilidades en pruebas automatizadas (BDD, pruebas unitarias, Playwright, Selenium)
  • Experiencia en entornos Agile/Scrum y GitHub Enterprise
  • Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado
