We are looking for a detail-oriented Facilities Technician – Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to manage and monitor predictive maintenance planning and scheduling across multiple sites and crafts. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient maintenance operations through accurate planning, coordination, and system management using Maximo and iAMP.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Manage and monitor predictive maintenance planning and scheduling for each site and craft.
  • Administer and maintain the technicians' Work Order (WO) calendar, including vacations, overtime, training, rescheduling, and personal time off.
  • Create and update assets, job plans, preventive maintenance (PMs), routes, and vendor profiles in Maximo and iAMP.
  • Ensure maintenance schedules align with operational priorities and business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support maintenance execution.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or technical high school degree (required).
  • Intermediate level of English (required).
  • Basic to intermediate experience with maintenance planning and scheduling processes (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems, especially Maximo, is a plus.
