Responsibilities

  • Manages key initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing processes; develops and implements project plan; builds team ownership and commitment to project plan.
  • Estimates project levels of effort and resource requirements by using standard estimating techniques and tools, and by working with appropriate staff to understand scope of effort
  • Proactively coordinate with Software Quality, Global IT and Business teams to facilitate priorities, process development, and improvements needed to support business objectives.
  • Resolves project issues by working with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate.
  • Directs project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Technology Project Management
  • Experience with hands on software development would be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical and compliant solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to promote collaboration and pragmatic decision-making.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in processes, tools, and technical solutions.
  • Excellent (English) communication skills (verbal and written).

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare) with familiarity in system validation and documentation practices.
  • Knowledge of Windchill or other product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
  • Awareness of emerging AI technologies and their potential impact on business analysis and automation strategies.
