System Administrator

The System Administrator is the key interface between the users and the system used to connect to problem resolver groups. You will be joining a fast-paced and exciting environment, where you will work with multidisciplinary teams to create solutions that meet the company's strategic goals.
**Responsibilities**:
Gather requirements and translate to functional specifications for design and development
Manage and prioritize tickets
Work with design, development, user research, and program management to build and launch on time
Review deliverable and ensure it meets quality standards and request requirements
Ensure any new features / workflows meet requirements (UAT) and are functional in production environment
Support improvement of customer interface and workflow
Ensure all audits and activities are baselined so progress and impact can be reported against action taken
Iterate to establish protocols, governance and best practices and review to continuously improve
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
**Requirements**:
Strong interpersonal skills, a natural collaborator, proactive, and always congenial with coworkers, clients, leaders, and customers alike
Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills
Ability to remain highly-effective in a global environment while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and a willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary
Solid organizational and time management skills, extremely detail-oriented, and a capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English is required
Experience in building, creating, and designing workflows is a plus
