Your Career**

**Your Impact**- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, write user stories, manage UAT, track project milestones, and drive change management.
- Establish communication cadence and framework to keep business and IT stakeholders informed of project status and business impact.
- Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot the integration of Salesforce with marketing automation tools (Marketo) and Sales Enablement tools (Outreach, Drift, Demandbase) with an emphasis on streamlining data movement between systems.
- Train stakeholders, scale regional demand gen hubs, evangelize the usage of tools to drive business efficiencies.
- Document business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvements.
- Manage and analyze intake requests/tickets to resolve and recommend long term solutions.
- Work in close collaboration with cross-functional business leaders (Marketing/Sales/Finance/Legal) to evolve existing platforms and processes.

Qualifications**
Your Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (or related field).
- 3-5+ years experience in marketing operations at a B2B company; enterprise experience preferred.
- 2+ years in Salesforce or CRM knowledge is required. Admin experience is a plus.
- Experience with implementing and working in environments with multiple integrated platforms.
- Ability to take large amounts of data to formulate a “story” and make recommendations for improvements.
- Diplomatic approach in resolving conflicts by taking an open communication style, customer-centric, service-minded, positive, win-win approach.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into a business-friendly narrative.
- Ability to work independently on simultaneous projects. Comfortable in high pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience with process documentation and process automation is a plus.
