**Responsibilities**:
- D-110 Assets disposal presentation ATV / Travi
- Accompaniment in Procomer audits.
- Procomer Fixed Assets Auxiliary maintenance.
- Creation of reports and control of insurance policies for fixed assets and the building.
- Administration of the system for fixed assets of the Site.
- Execution of inventories of fixed assets.
- Preparation of documentation for additions and withdrawals of fixed assets.
- Comply with Free Trade Zone Requirements for the entry and exit of Fixed Assets from the Site.
- Work closely with other departments to have an updated information of Fixed Assets under each Department responsibility.
- Work closely with Trade Compliance and Facilities Department to ensure consistency in Fixed Assets information.
- Create reports as required to comply with Free Trade Zone and Emerson Fixed Assets policies.
- Additional duties as required.
**Basic Qualifications**
- +2 year experience in fixed assets administration and Accounting knowledge.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Finance.
- Intermediate English
- Required proficiency in MS-Office mainly: Excel (index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, look-ups) &
- MS-Power Point
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Great interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Relates well to others, with the ability to manage diverse relationships.
- Be open and receptive, as well as demonstrate flexibility.
- Show strong proficiency in solving problems analytically.
- Show strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Patience, perseverance and able to spend extra time at closing week.
