You will be responsible for
- Accounting support
- Training and Supporting of Costa Rica team in accounting.
- GAAP understanding
- High level accounting client calls
- YE Books review
- Code Review - Month End
- Code Review - Balance Sheet - Quarterly
- Gap work - Prior Month/Year Cleanup
- Filling out

Reporting to you will be.
- Accountant
- Supervisors
- Bookkeeper / Controller
- Code Review

Skills and Experience
- Technical Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in the financial/accounting space.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Trainable
- Advanced understanding of Quickbooks Online
- Advanced bookkeeping skills
- Has the ability to train others
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel.
- Excellent analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems.
