2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- English level C1 or equivalent

Key job responsibilities
- Manage and execute library maintenance projects, such as bulk reviews and updates to library episodes across Wondery’s portfolio
- Oversee flawless publishing of content for Wondery original podcasts through hosting platforms (i.e. Art19), Apple Podcasts Connect, third-party distribution outlets, and Amazon-owned services
- Review published episodes on a variety of platforms for quality assurance
- Coordinate with Content and Production team to ensure on-time publishing of all content to all required platforms
- Work closely with Ad Operations to ensure content publishing aligns with sales objectives
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure content publishing aligns with marketing objectives
- Work closely with Head of the Production
- Work closely with Product Management team to ensure content publishing strategy aligns with product and business objectives, publish content to enable testing of new products and product features, and provide feedback and input that drives improvements to the overall content workflow
- Ensure clear communication to all stakeholders when there are delays with execution
- Other duties as assigned
