About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cisco Business Development Specialist to join our Caribbean Central America (CCA) region team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business expansion opportunities and developing strategic customer relationships to achieve sales growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in support of customer sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide value-added solutions and services to drive business growth and revenue
  • Analyze and report on program impact and customer success
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales or business development
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies and solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
