This is a unique opportunity to join Roche as a Strategic Capability Development Manager, where you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies for the healthcare ecosystem team.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in adult learning design, leadership by influence, and digital mindset. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in training and learning, preferably in the healthcare business and institutional business market.
You will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for the development of the healthcare ecosystem team, ensuring capabilities and technical skills required to perform their roles are at the optimal level, based on customer needs.
The successful candidate will become an ideal partner for CELs, Chapter Leads, Systemic Development Enabler, and SQUADs in identifying capability gaps and assessing them. You will catalyze the development and reuse (from network) of models, materials, and tools to support ecosystem teams and individual colleagues in learning & development activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Development of the Integral Capability Building Plan for the country ecosystem team, ensuring capabilities and technical skills are embedded through self-management according to the customer needs and affiliate outcomes.
- Becoming an ideal partner for CELs, Chapter Leads, Systemic Development Enabler, and SQUADs in identifying capability gaps and assessing them.
- Catalyzing the development and reuse (from network) of models, materials, and tools to support ecosystem teams and individual colleagues in learning & development activities.
Additionally, you will ensure the continuous improvement of the capability building tools, follow up, and effectiveness by gathering insights and using the power of data analytics.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in adult learning (which includes training) of small, medium, and large teams, implementing digital learning, including the use of new technologies.
- Solutions and curation of learning.
- At least 3 years of experience in training and learning.
- Experience in health care business and institutional business market.
- Customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Budget management.
- Spanish and English advanced is a must.
Rewarding compensation package: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
